When I arrived at the hotel late at night and realized my debit card wasn't working, they showed great empathy and allowed me to stay in the lobby until the issue was resolved. They even accepted my tablet as a guarantee for the room. The next day, when my card started working, the check-out process was hassle-free. The hotel itself was clean and had a charming courtyard where I enjoyed my breakfast. The location was convenient, with a supermarket and bakery just across the street. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
